1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

  • We’ll promptly resolve it -via replacement or store credit

2. Germination Guarantee (Optional Section)

If you offer one:

Our seeds are tested for high viability. If you follow proper germination methods and experience issues, reach out within 14 days with photo documentation. We'll evaluate for a potential replacement or store credit.

3. What Can’t Be Returned

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Opened or used seed packs

  • Orders beyond the return window

  • Claims without proper documentation

4. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or seized in transit, contact us. We'll investigate and help as much as possible, but we can’t guarantee replacements for delivery issues outside our control.
